1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the Halal App, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Halal App.

3. Premium Features (Halal Pro)

Certain features of the app are available via an in-app subscription ("Halal Pro"). These purchases are handled directly by Apple's App Store and are subject to their terms of service.

4. Limitations of Liability

The informational results provided by Halal App (including AI analysis) are for reference only. We do our best to ensure accuracy based on available data and Islamic Dietary Guidelines, but cannot be held entirely liable for manufacturing inaccuracies or undisclosed ingredients.
